Important Note: For industrial units in non-conforming areas, you will need to submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the High Power Committee (HPC) constituted by the Industries Department, Government of Delhi, and a Municipal Corporation License (MCL). Can I get a loan for any type of business under this scheme?

What is the maximum loan amount I can receive?

How much of my own money do I need to contribute?
Generally, you need to contribute at least 10% of the loan amount you request. However, if you belong to weaker sections like SC/ST/OBC/Persons with Disability/Women/Ex-Servicemen, your contribution is only 5%.
What is the repayment period for the loan?
The entire loan amount, along with interest, needs to be repaid within 5 years. Repayments are made in equal quarterly installments. You get a grace period of 12 months from the loan disbursement date before repayment starts, but interest accrues from the disbursement date.
Is there any government subsidy provided?
Yes, the Delhi Government provides a subsidy of 15% on the project cost. This subsidy is capped at ₹7,500/- per entrepreneur. It's adjusted to your loan account after two years, provided the loan is utilized correctly.
What happens if I don't use the loan money for the intended purpose?
If the loan amount is found to be misused, the subsidy component will be recovered from you along with a penal interest of 18%.

You must utilize the loan for the specific purpose it was granted within three months of disbursement. The DKVI Board's Managing Director may grant an extension of up to three more months, making the total utilization period a maximum of six months.
