The disability must be one or more of the following: Blindness, Short-sightedness, Locomotor disability, Leprosy-free status, Hearing loss, Mental retardation, Mental illness, Dwarfism (defined as less than 3 feet 6 inches in height for adults, with a certificate from an authorized medical officer), or naturally suffering from eunuchism.
