    1. Submit your application online through the State Government's Invest Portal or the Single Window System.

    3. For official application submission and further details, you can visit the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board or the designated department. The application can be submitted online.

    • Project and Financial Documents:
      • Copy of the project report.
      • Certificate of total project cost, certified by a certified Engineer/Valuer.
      • Certificate of total capital cost, certified by a Chartered Accountant (CA).
      • Details of any debt from financial institutions.
      • Certificate from HRACC (if applicable).
      • Completion certificate from the competent authority.

      • Proof of the date of commercial operation, such as a photocopy of the first lodging bill, catering bill, or the first service bill.

    What is the deadline for submitting the subsidy application after my hotel starts operating?

    You need to submit your application within one year from the date your hotel commences commercial operations to be considered for the subsidy.

    Can I claim subsidies from different categories if my project qualifies for more than one?

    No, if your unit is eligible for grants or subsidies under multiple categories, you must choose and apply for the benefit under only one category.

    What happens if I have to shut down my hotel within the first three years of receiving the subsidy?

    If you close your unit within 1 year of receiving the subsidy, you'll need to refund 80% of the amount. If you close within 2 years, it's 60%, and if you close within 3 years, it's 50%.

    What proof do I need to show for the date when my hotel actually started commercial operations?

    You should provide copies of your first lodging bill, catering bill, bill for the first service provided, or any other valid legal document that proves the commercial operation start date.

    Is there a minimum period my hotel must remain open after I receive the subsidy?

    Yes, if you are from an SC/ST category and own 100% of the tourism project, you are eligible for an additional 5% capital investment subsidy.
