  2. The applicant unit must be registered as one of the following:
    • Proprietorship Firm
    • Private Limited Company (registered under the Companies Act, 2013 or equivalent)

    • Registered Partnership Firm (registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 or equivalent)
    • Limited Liability Partnership (registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 or equivalent)
  3. The Aadhaar details of the unit and/or its partners/directors must be linked to their bank accounts.
  4. The Aadhaar details of the freshers must be linked to their bank accounts.
  5. The fresher must have been employed for at least one year to be eligible for the subsidy.
  6. Individuals who have worked for more than two years before pursuing post-graduation are not considered freshers for this scheme.
  7. If an individual has less than two years of experience before post-graduation, they are considered a fresher. The duration for which they are eligible as a fresher will be calculated on a prorate basis.
