How To Apply

  1. Prepare your Project Proposal using Proforma I and Proforma II, along with a detailed breakdown of funding requirements and costs (Annexure).
  2. Gather all necessary quotations and Bills of Materials (BoM).
  3. Include project details like diagrams, blueprints, designs, and flowcharts with Proforma II.
  4. If your idea is linked to Industry or Government, obtain and submit a Letter of Intent (LOI).
  5. Ensure your idea is registered under the Virtual Innovation Register (VIR).
  6. Submit your complete application online through the official portal.
  7. (For Disbursement) Once selected, the beneficiary institution must submit a pre-receipt for the approved amount to the Director, Department of Science and Technology and Waste Management.
