- You must be a student enrolled in an Educational Institute in Goa.
- You can be a final year student or a group of students working on a college project.
- High School or Higher Secondary School students working on a project for State or National level competitions are also eligible.
- Your project must be a hardware or software-based Product/Process Innovation.
- You need to be registered under the Virtual Innovation Register (VIR) with your idea.
- You should not have previously received financial support under this scheme.

How To Apply
- Prepare your Project Proposal using Proforma I and Proforma II, along with a detailed breakdown of funding requirements and costs (Annexure).
- Gather all necessary quotations and Bills of Materials (BoM).
- Include project details like diagrams, blueprints, designs, and flowcharts with Proforma II.
- If your idea is linked to Industry or Government, obtain and submit a Letter of Intent (LOI).
- Ensure your idea is registered under the Virtual Innovation Register (VIR).
- Submit your complete application online through the official portal.
- (For Disbursement) Once selected, the beneficiary institution must submit a pre-receipt for the approved amount to the Director, Department of Science and Technology and Waste Management.
