  • Agreement for open access to books and records for inspection by Ministry of Ayush or its representatives.
  • Understanding that the Ministry may evaluate project progress/fund utilization.
  • Personal responsibility of the undersigned for the credibility and authenticity of information and documents, with legal liability for any default.
  • Commitment to maintain separate accounts for the project.
  • Acknowledgement that the Ministry of Ayush has the right to recover the total grant amount with 12% interest in case of default or deviation from terms and conditions.
