Eligibility Criteria

You must be a citizen of Afghanistan.
You need to have a valid Afghan National ID or Passport.
Your age should be between 18 and 35 years as of July 1st of the academic year you are applying.
You must meet the minimum academic qualifications required by the specific Indian university for the course you choose.
You must be comfortable with English, as all programs are taught in English.
You can apply for only one program under the e-VB project at a time.
You should not be currently enrolled in any other program under the e-VB project.
Important Note: Please check the specific eligibility requirements for your chosen course on the university's website before applying. Students who have previously completed a degree under the e-VB project can reapply for a new degree through the iLearn portal.
