  2. The line of credit will be provided by the State Bank Of India, Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank, and Arunachal Pradesh Cooperative Apex Bank.
  3. 45 percent will be given by the government subsidy, 45 percent as bank loan and 10 percent will be contributed by the farmer.
  4. There is no collateral for loans up to Rs 1.60 lakh.
  5. For SHGs, no collateral is needed up to Rs 10 lakhs.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Applicants must be between 20 to 25 years of age.
  2. They should be unemployed, not currently studying, and actively seeking employment.
  3. Candidates must have passed their intermediate (12th grade) from a government-recognized institution in Bihar. Higher education is not a requirement for this scheme.
  4. Applicants must be a permanent resident of Bihar and applying from their district.
  5. The applicant should not be receiving any other allowance, scholarship, student credit card, education loan, or any form of financial assistance from any other source.
  6. Candidates must not have any government or private employment (permanent, temporary, or contract).
  7. Self-employment is also not permitted for applicants.
  8. Eligibility for the allowance will end the day the applicant secures any kind of employment (permanent/temporary) or starts self-employment. Payments will be stopped accordingly.
  9. Applicants must undergo mandatory training in language communication and basic computer knowledge as part of the Skilled Youth Program conducted by the Labour Resources Department. The allowance for the last 5 months will only be released after successfully submitting the training completion certificate.
