Middle Income Group (MIG): Monthly family income should not exceed ₹30,000.
The applicant or any family member (including spouse, unmarried sons, and daughters) must not own a pucca house or flat in West Bengal.

Each applicant can apply for only one flat for their family. If a person receives a flat in one project, they cannot apply again for the same scheme in another project within their district.

Note: Beneficiary selection and flat allotment will happen through a transparent lottery in the concerned district or sub-division. A waiting list of eligible applicants, comprising 20% of the total flats per category, will be prepared if more applications are received than available flats.
