Objective

This scheme helps Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) by reimbursing their annual membership fees for Export Promotion Councils (EPCs).

Benefits

The maximum total expenditure for conduct of one training program will be₹ 3,00,000/-(or the actual amount expended) to be shared 50:50 by AICTE and Technical university.
  • AICTE:Will release a grant of ₹ 1,50,000/- to Technical university for the training program to meet the expenditure or the actual expenditure, whichever is less on (i) TA/DA/ Honorarium to Resource Persons (Honorarium not to exceed 20% of the total expenditure incurred on conduct of one such training program), (ii) TA to outstation participants and (iii) Course material to participants.
  • Technical university:Will meet from its own funds, the expenditure to the extent of ₹ 1,50,000/- or the actual expenditure, whichever is less, to cover all items of expenditure such as (i) Boarding & lodging of participants, (ii) Honorarium to Program Coordinator (not to exceed 1% of the total expenditure incurred on one such training program) and (iii) Working expenses (tea/coffee/stationary/certificate/printing etc.).

    Eligibility Criteria

    1. The applicant must belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.
    2. The applicant must represent a Micro and Small Enterprise (MSE).

    How To Apply

    Eligible SC/ST MSEs can apply for reimbursement through the official National SC-ST Hub website.

    1. Visit the online portal at www.scsthub.in.
    2. Follow the application guidelines provided on the website.
    3. Submit all the required documents as per the application form.

    Documents Required

    • Self-certified copy of Udyam Registration.
    • Self-certified copy of GST Number (if applicable).
    • Self-certified copy of PAN card (for proprietorship, the proprietor's PAN card; for other firms, relevant partners'/directors' PAN cards).
    • Self-certified copy of the Caste certificate of the proprietor or all partners/directors.
    • Details of shareholding in case of partnership, Pvt. Ltd, or LLP firms. For partnership concerns, the shareholding of the SC/ST entrepreneur must be more than 51%. Attested copies of the Partnership Deed or Memorandum and Articles of Association are also required.
    • Attested copy of a valid Import & Export Code (IEC) certificate issued by the DGFT.
    • Attested copy of a valid Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) issued by the respective Export Promotion Council (EPC) after registration.
    • If renewing membership, an attested copy of the previously issued RCMC by the EPC is needed.
    • Proof of previous reimbursement received from NSSHO/NSIC through PFMS within the same financial year, if any.
    • Attested copy (with stamp and signature) or original payment receipt for membership fees and a system-generated GST invoice from the EPC, showing a breakdown of the total amount paid.
    • A cancelled cheque of the enterprise's current account from which the EPC membership fee was debited.
