His thorough on-site inspection of the proposed Tarapur bypass road highlighted the government's efforts to decongest traffic and improve connectivity. Officials informed him that the 7-km bypass would significantly ease movement around Tarapur Chowk. Additionally, bypasses will be constructed in Rangaon-Bhagalpura Path from Dhoni via Visayas and from Vanshipur to Bihma, improving traffic flow and reducing congestion.

In the education sector, the CM announced a new degree-level college at Asarganj, addressing the need for higher education accessibility, particularly for female students. "This college will prevent students from having to travel far for education," he remarked.
Further bolstering Bihar's agricultural landscape, Nitish Kumar declared that Ganges water would be brought to Kharagpur Lake to support irrigation, benefiting local farmers. Additionally, lining work will be done on Fusna Road, Kamargama Road, and Khaira Khan Branch under the Khairatti Khan Up Canal, further enhancing irrigation facilities for farmers. He also pledged the construction of block-cum-circle office-cum-residential complexes in Asarganj and Jamalpur, improving governance infrastructure.
Enhancing Tourism & Cultural Heritage
Recognizing Bihar's rich cultural heritage, the CM announced the development of Rishi Kund as a tourist attraction. "Enhancing this site will draw tourists and create employment," he said. Similarly, he unveiled plans for the beautification of Kastaharni Ghat, a historic site on the Ganges riverbank. This initiative will boost tourism and provide economic opportunities for local communities.
The government also approved the construction of Vasudevpur Chauraha to ITC Park Chandi Sthan Naya Gaon Road, improving access to the Chandisthan temple, a significant religious site visited by devotees from various regions. Additionally, roads from Nagar Nigam Office to Shastri Chowk via Jubilee to Kalitajia J.P.
