Pramod Mahajan not involved in spectrum allocation case : 2G court

A special 2G court has discharged former telecom secretary, late Pramod Mahajan cleared of accusations in the 2002 additional spectrum allocation case stating that the charge sheet filed by Central Bureau of Investigation was full of 'fabrications' and directed the agency's Director to initiate an inquiry against the erring officials. Late Mr. Mahajan was the telecom minister from September 1, 2001 to January 28, 2003 during the erstwhile NDA regime.
