Missing Indian Army Captain Shikhar Deep resurfaced in UP

Indian Army Captain Shikhar Deep who had gone missing from a train while travelling to Delhi from Katihar in Bihar, resurfaced in Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh. The Army captain is posted in Jammu and Kashmir and his relatives had earlier alleged that anti-national elements were behind his abduction.
