ISIS released video of child killing cadets in Tikrit Massacre

ISIS has released a new shocking video where a young boy is executing prisoners on the banks of the Tigris River. the footage was filed during the Isis mass killing spree in Tikrit in 2014. The young boy is seen shooting at least two men in the head after adults have dragged the prisoners before him.
