Indira Gandhi Airport name to be changed by Modi Government

Days after Modi Government discontinued stamp on the name of former Prime Ministers, the Centre is now mulling to change the name of the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi. The name of the Delhi's airport was changed in 1986 as IGI after Indira Gandhi's assassination. Earlier it used to be called as ‘Palam airport'.
