Bihar Topper Ruby Rai of BSEB examination arrested

Ruby Rai, the controversial topper in Arts stream of BSEB Exams, who appeared before the Bihar School Examination board officials was arrested today. In a viral the video Ruby Rai was seen pronouncing Politcal Science wrongly and saying that the subject teaches about cooking, after which it was clear that she topped the exam via dubious means.
