Lalbaugcha Raja, an iconic Mumbai pandal in its 90th year, has taken extensive security measures. They've deployed 250 CCTV cameras, metal detectors, baggage scanners, and a team of 5,000 volunteers, in addition to guards, police, and firefighters, ensuring safety for the multitude of visitors during all 11 days.

The Shree Sarvajanik Ganeshutsav Sanstha at Keshavji Naik Chawl, Girgaon, Mumbai, marks 131 years of festivities as the city's oldest Ganpati mandal. It preserves tradition without loudspeakers, established by Lokmanya Tilak in 1893, with two-foot-high idols crafted by Rajendra More, a third-generation artist.
