PM Modi Arrives In Italy For The 50th G7 Summit, Global Leaders Meet Italian PM Giorgia Meloni
The 50th G7 Summit is taking place from June 13 to June 15, 2024, in Fasano, Apulia, Italy. Leaders from Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the UK, and the US, along with EU representation, are attending.The summit's agenda covers the Russia-Ukraine conflict, Middle East issues, climate and energy connections, migration, food security, and the ethical use of Artificial Intelligence. India, represented by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is participating as an Outreach Country. Modi will discuss global south concerns and bilateral cooperation with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
