Early trends in the 2024 Lok Sabha election results have surprised many. The NDA is leading on about 295 seats, while the INDIA opposition bloc has made significant gains, leading on around 230 seats. Here are some infographics showing State wise results of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Madhya Pradesh: With the BJP securing five seats in Madhya Pradesh, Union Ministers Jyotiraditya Scindia and Dr. Virendra Kumar have won the Guna and Tikamgarh seats respectively. Meanwhile, BJP Indore candidate Shankar Lalwani has won by a record-breaking margin. The party has also won the Damoh seat, where it had fielded Rahul Singh Lodhi. Union Minister and BJP leader Faggan Singh Kulaste has won the Mandla Lok Sabha seat by a margin of more than 1,00,000 votes. The other two seats bagged by the BJP are Satna and Dhar.

West Bengal: The Election Commission of India (ECI) reports TMC's success in five constituencies. These include Diamond Harbour, Bardhaman-Durgapur, Asansol, Bankura, and Bardhaman Purba. Arup Chakraborty of TMC secured the Bankura seat. He won by 32,778 votes, defeating BJP's Dr. Subhas Sarkar. Dr. Sharmila Sarkar triumphed in Bardhaman Purba with a margin of 160,572 votes. Additionally, TMC is currently leading in 25 seats. BJP holds the lead in 12 seats. Congress is ahead in one seat.

Haryana: Congress' Satpal Brahmachari has secured a win in Sonipat, defeating BJP's Mohal Lal Badoli. Brahmachari won with a margin of 21,816 votes against BJP's Ranjit Singh. This brings Congress' tally to three out of 10 seats in Haryana so far. The contest for the 10 Lok Sabha seats in Haryana was closely fought. The Election Commission reported that Congress and BJP were locked in a tight race. With this victory, Congress has a significant presence in Haryana's political landscape.

Uttar Pradesh: The ballot counting is ongoing in Uttar Pradesh, a vital state sending the highest number of MPs to the Lok Sabha. The Bharatiya Janata Party-led NDA and the INDIA bloc, which includes the Samajwadi Party and Congress, are in a tight race. As of now, the Samajwadi is leading in 38 constituencies. PM Modi has won from Varanasi, whereas Rahul Gandhi secured victory from the Raebareli seat.

Bihar: The vote counting is ongoing, with results announced for 10 seats. Bihar's former chief minister has registered the first victory in the state.BJP has won four seats so far. These seats are from Darbhanga, Paschim Champaran, Begusarai, and Araria.

Telangana: All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIM) chief Asuddin Owaisi again secured the Hyderabad Lok Sabha seat. Arvind Dharmapuri, representing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), won the Nizamabad constituency. Vamsi Krishna Gaddam, from the Indian National Congress, won the Peddapalle seat. Kadiyam Kavya, also from the Indian National Congress, secured the Warangal Lok Sabha seat. Godam Nagesh, from BJP, won the Adilabad Lok Sabha seat. Minister of Culture and Tourism G Kishan Reddy, also from BJP, secured the Secunderabad Lok Sabha seat.

Andhra Pradesh: The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has won39 seats and is ahead in 97 more. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Jana Party (JSP), allies of TDP, have won four and five seats, respectively. The BJP is leading in four more, while JSP is ahead in 16. The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP), led by Jagan Mohan Reddy, has won two seats and is leading in eight others.

Kerala: Ending a political drought in Kerala that lasted over seven decades, BJP made a breakthrough on Tuesday. Actor-turned-politician Suresh Gopi secured a significant victory, leading by over 74,686 votes in the Thrissur Lok Sabha segment.The same day, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi won the Wayanad Lok Sabha seat in Kerala. Gandhi's margin of victory was over 3.5 votes against CPI's Annie Raja. Shashi Tharoor bagged victory in the Thiruvananthapuram seat.
