Lok Sabha Election Results 2024: Celebration Unfolds Across India As BJP Eyes Victory

The 2024 Lok Sabha elections have witnessed a rigorous contest between the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and the Opposition alliance, INDIA. Poll experts are predicting a third term for Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The BJP has set its sights on 370 seats for itself and 400 seats for the NDA. Prime Minister Narendra Modi led the BJP campaign, participating in over 200 public meetings, rallies, and roadshows. Vote counting commenced at 8 am under tight security. The counting of EVM votes started 30 minutes after the postal ballot count. This year's Lok Sabha election is the second-longest since India’s first election in 1951-52.
