Devotees Gather for Holy Dip at Sangam on First Day of Maha Kumbh Mela 2025

On the first day of Maha Kumbh Mela 2025, over one crore devotees gathered at the sacred Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj to take a holy dip. This confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and mythical Saraswati rivers is believed to purify the soul and absolve sins. The ritual bathing marks the beginning of the 45-day spiritual festival, drawing pilgrims and sadhus from across the globe. Amidst chants, prayers, and the aroma of incense, the atmosphere was filled with devotion and reverence, as participants embarked on their spiritual journey, seeking blessings and enlightenment.
