Patna Police Crack Down! Officers Discover Missing Bank Manager's Body In A Well; Probe Underway

The body of a missing private bank manager, Abhishek Varun, was discovered in a well in the Beur area of Patna, raising serious questions about the nature of his death. Alongside the body, police also recovered his scooter from the same spot.

Abhishek, who managed a private bank in the Kankarbagh area, had been missing since Monday night. He had attended a party with his wife and told her he would return home later. However, he never arrived. Around 2:45 am, he reportedly called his wife, saying he had met with an accident. Soon after, his phone was switched off.

Concerned by his absence, his wife lodged a missing person complaint at the Kankarbagh police station the next morning.

Investigation Points to Suspicious Circumstances

Police traced his last mobile location to the Beur area, roughly four kilometers from his last known whereabouts. The area is relatively isolated, which has led investigators to explore multiple angles-accident, suicide, or possible foul play.

Abhishek's body has been sent for post-mortem as forensic teams examine the scene. Officials stated that all possibilities are being considered in the ongoing investigation.

The tragic incident has sparked concern and speculation across Patna, with family and friends demanding a thorough and transparent probe into the circumstances of his death.
