Early estimates for the fourth day suggested that the film would earn around Rs 5.25 crore. Despite the holiday release on December 25 (on account of Christmas), the opening weekend total is expected to stay under Rs 25cr.

From the beginning itself, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri's fate seemed doomed. The movie didn't get the required number of screens as Dhurandhar dominated the box office with solid numbers. The mixed reviews didn't help either as the cinephiles couldn't strike a connection with the romantic comedy despite the promotions.

Box office numbers over the first three days already hinted at a challenging run for the movie. A report by Sacnilk stated that Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri collected Rs 5.5 crore on day 3, which is the first Saturday.

The film recorded an overall 24.85% occupancy in theatres on Sunday, December 28, 2025, as per Sacnilk.

With the day 4 estimate at Rs 5.25 crore, the film has closed the extended weekend slightly below the Rs 25-cr mark, a report in Sacnilk said.

Trade reports indicate this clash limited its growth, particularly in key urban centres where both films target similar viewers.

While Tu Meri Main Tera struggled to cross the double-digit mark on Sunday, Dhurandhar raked in Rs 22.50 crore on the same day, as per Sacnilk. Dhurandhar has already emerged as the highest-grossing Indian film of 2025.

Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday's film will have to perform a miracle to gain entry in the Rs 50-crore club in India. With Ikkis releasing next month, the movie will face severe competition.
