Smriti Irani requests Delhi University to reinstate suspended officials

Smriti Irani, who is in the midst of a controversy with respect to her education qualification also appealed to the DU on Saturday to reinstate the suspended officials. She said that 'in public life one should be open to scrutiny and criticism. So am I.'

Shortly after Irani made the request Digvijay tweeted-

Irani was questioned about her educational qualification after Congress leader Ajay Maken pointed out discrepancies in her affidavit saying that she was not even a degree holder and was going to head the HRD ministry.
