Gandhi's 'leave of abscence' has come under thorough scrutiny as many politicians said that Rahul's abscence was ill-timed specially when the Budget Session will be on.

Congress leader Digvijay Singh too supported him and said on Tuesday that there was nothing wrong in taking time off to introspect but maybe taking a leave during the Budget Session may have been avoided.

"If Rahul wants to reflect what went wrong why criticise him?" Singh said.
