Sheila Dikshit tells voters not to be misled by BJP, AAP

New Delhi, Nov 26: The race to the Delhi assembly elections is heating up. With just a few days to go for the polls, party candidates are leaving no stone unturned to woo their voters- if by this they mean launching scathing attacks on rival parties.

Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on Tuesday warned voters not to be misled by the BJP and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), who do not walk the talk.

Dikshit: We will address water scarcity issues

She called the AAP a seasonal party and said, "How will a party recently exposed for corruption fight corruption? The party only believes in collecting funds, raising slogans like ‘jhaadu se sab beimani hata denge.'

She then spoke about the BJP and said that the party never walks the talk. "I ask why the party has not released its manifesto yet?" she said.The BJP however later released their manifesto.

Dikshit then went on to praise her government saying that her government had launched schemes like Ladli, pension for widows and senior citizens. She then assured and said that her government would address water scarcity issues.
