Sadar Bazar Constituency Result 2025: Som Dutt Vs Manoj Jindal Vs Anil Bharadwaj - Who'll Win?
The 2025 elections are expected to witness a fierce three-way battle among AAP's Som Dutt, BJP's Manoj Jindal, and Congress' Anil Bhardwaj in Sadar Bazar Assembly constituency. With AAP aiming to retain its stronghold and BJP and Congress striving to reclaim lost ground, it will be an intense fight among the three candidates of the leading parties.
Sadar Bazar, one of Delhi's 70 assembly constituencies, is located in the Central Delhi district and falls under the Chandni Chowk Lok Sabha seat. Known for its vibrant market and diverse population, the constituency has been a focal point of intense political competition over the years.

The seat has been a stronghold of the Congress once. With the AAP entering the fray in 2015, the grand old party has struggled to maintain relevance in this region.
In the 2015 Assembly elections, Sadar Bazar had a total of 1,65,889 electors, with 1,19,276 valid votes cast. AAP's Som Dutt won decisively, garnering 67,507 votes, while BJP's Parveen Kumar Jain trailed with 33,192 votes, losing by a significant margin of 34,315 votes.
In the 2020 Assembly elections, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate Som Dutt emerged victorious, securing 68,790 votes. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Jai Parkash came in second with 43,146 votes, losing by a margin of 25,644 votes. This victory marked AAP's continued dominance in the constituency.
Sadar Bazar has seen shifting political allegiances over the decades. In 1993, BJP's Hari Krishan won the seat. Congress' Rajesh Jain then secured three consecutive victories in 1998, 2003, and 2008. Since then, AAP's Som Dutt has won the seat three times, reflecting the party's growing influence in the area.
