Security has been beefed up at Sunday's venue in the wake of terror threats during the Delhi election. Over 5,000 security personnel, including Special Protection Group officials, are due to monitor the venues where Modi will address the rallies.
Congress chief Sonia Gandhi & AAP leaders were also set to address rallies
During his first rally on Saturday, Modi said the BJP's chief ministerial candidate in Delhi, Kiran Bedi, knows the city like the back of her hand and is also strong and determined.
He also attacked the Aam Aadmi Party in sharp words, saying they betrayed the people a year ago.
The AAP came to government with the Congress's support in December 2013 but its chief minister Arvind Kejriwal quit office after 49 days, leaving the state politically still for a year.
The results of the February 7 election will be announced on February 10.
