PM Modi Celebrates Historic BJP Win: Haryana Blooms With Lotus For The Third Time!

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in an uplifting address to BJP workers, celebrated the historic win of the Bharatiyaata Party (BJP) in Haryana assembly elections. The victory, he said, not only marks the party's third consecutive term in power but also showcases the unwavering support of the Haryana populace.

The Prime Minister highlighted this achievement as a milestone, emphasizing that the BJP is the first party to secure governance in Haryana three times in a row. The BJP's triumph in Haryana was described by Modi as a testament to the diligent efforts of the party's workers.

He expressed gratitude towards the electorate for creating history by ensuring the party's victory. Adding to the festive spirit, Modi drew parallels with the festival of Navratri, noting the significance of the day dedicated to Maa Katyayani, and likened the BJP's symbol, the lotus, blooming in Haryana to divine blessing. His words, "'Jaha doodh-dahi ka khana, waisa hai apna Haryana'.

The people of Haryana have done wonders. Today is the sixth day of Navratri, the day of Maa Katyayani. Maa Katyayani is sitting on a lion with a lotus in her hand. She is blessing all of us. On such a holy day, lotus has bloomed in Haryana for the third time," encapsulated the celebratory mood.

Peaceful Elections and the Victory of Democracy

In his speech, Modi also reflected on the peaceful conduct of elections in Jammu and Kashmir, marking it as a victory for India's democratic values and the Constitution. He underlined the importance of the peaceful counting of votes and the declaration of results in reinforcing the foundations of democracy.

The Prime Minister lauded the electoral process, saying, "Peaceful elections were held in Jammu and Kashmir, votes were counted and results were declared and this is the victory of the Indian Constitution and democracy." In addition, Modi acknowledged the National Conference (NC) alliance's mandate in Jammu and Kashmir, congratulating them for their performance while pointing out the BJP's significant vote share, which positioned it as the largest party in the region.

The assembly polls in Haryana saw the BJP secure a dominant position by winning 48 out of 90 seats, thereby obtaining an absolute majority. The Prime Minister's speech was not just a celebration of the BJP's victory but also an acknowledgement of the party workers' hard labour and the electorate's trust in their vision for the state's development. He emphasized that the election results in Haryana were a direct reflection of the people's preference for progress over deceit.

A Nod to Leadership and Development

Modi did not miss the opportunity to commend Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini for his role in the party's victory. He attributed the win to the combined efforts of the party workers, the leadership of Naddaji, and the governance model presented by the Chief Minister. Modi's statement, "The victory in Haryana is the outcome of immense hard work of party workers. This is the victory of the Naddaji and Haryana team, the victory is also that of our humble Chief Minister.... Today in Haryana, the guarantee of development has won over the attempts at lies. The people of Haryana have created new history," underscored the collective effort behind the BJP's success.

The Prime Minister's address not only celebrated the BJP's electoral victories in Haryana and the significant performance in Jammu and Kashmir but also reiterated the party's commitment to democracy, peace, and development. Modi's narrative was one of gratitude towards the voters, party workers, and leaders for their dedication and hard work, which he believes were instrumental in achieving these remarkable victories.

In sum, Prime Minister Modi's speech was a blend of the victory celebration, acknowledgement of the democratic process, and gratitude towards the contributors to the BJP's success. It highlighted the party's continued dominance in Haryana, the peaceful electoral process in Jammu and Kashmir, and the leadership that steered the party towards these achievements.
