Now, Take Shuttle Bus From Delhi Metro Stations To Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya
The Delhi Transport Department has taken a significant step to enhance connectivity for visitors to Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya, which is situated at Teen Murti Bhawan. The Culture Ministry has announced that dedicated bus services will operate in a loop, connecting metro stations near Central Secretariat and Udyog Bhawan to the Sangrahalaya.
Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya, known for its popular light and sound show detailing India's space program and the upcoming show on women warriors ('Veeranganas'), recognized the need for improved connectivity between metro stations and the museum. The bus service initiative, which commenced on November 1, 2023, aims to address this concern.

This ticketed bus service will operate on an hourly basis from Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya. The ministry is also exploring the possibility of offering tickets to the museum at the time of boarding the bus. Furthermore, it is under consideration to connect the metro station at Lok Kalyan Marg based on public response.
Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya, inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in April 2022, has emerged as a prominent destination for a diverse range of visitors, including children, students, researchers, and tourists from across India and abroad. The museum attracts approximately 2,000 daily visitors and continues to play a pivotal role in showcasing India's journey in a parliamentary democracy and its remarkable developmental achievements. The museum is on the verge of welcoming its seven hundred thousandth visitor since its inauguration.
