New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal to be Aam Aadmi Party's CM candidate
AAP memeber Yogendra Yadav said on Saturday that Kejriwal will be the face and the CM candidate for the party. "After a long time, Delhi has a candidate it can trust on. We have always projected Arvind Kejriwal as our CM candidate face." Yadav said.
Kejriwal, on the other hand, said that he was in touch with activist Anna Hazare and wished that he was a part of the AAP. "I am in touch with Anna Hazare. He has made it clear that he does not want to campaign for the AAP and I respect his decision," he said.
Boasting with confidence, Kejriwal said that his party will get the Jan Lokpal Bill passed in the state Assembly on December 29, this year. "Two years back on this day, they mocked at Anna's Lokpal Bill in the Parliment. Now we will ensure that it is passed," he said.

He lamented about the current state of the capital and the country and said that the BJP and the Congress had failed in the state and was sure that the public will vote for the AAP. "Our focus is to get rid of the corruption," he said.
The AAP initially had asked former IPS officer Kiran Bedi to be their chief ministrial candidate, however, Bedi turned down the request.After addressing a press conference on Saturday, Kejriwal tweeted about the government that the AAP will form Delhi.
Delhi will go to polls on December 8 and the counting will begin on December 8.
