JNU students behind 50% of rapes, molestation cases: BJP MLA

New Delhi, Feb 26: BJP MLA Gyandev Ahuja earlier this week raised many eyebrows when he claimed that JNU students 'danced nude' after 8 pm in the name of cultural programme and also alleged that '3,000 condoms and 5,00 anti-pregnancy injections are used daily' in the campus.

His comments quickly kicked up a storm and he was trolled all over social media for his comments.

But looks like Ahuja is not done with his mud slinging yet. According to media reports, on Friday, Ahuja said: "JNU students were responsible for 50 percent of rapes and molestation cases in the national capital."

He said the source of his information was the annual report of the Delhi Commission for Women.

Earlier Ahuja was quoted by media reports as saying, "This is a place (JNU) where Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru is praised. These people are traitors. Also, you will be surprised to know everyday some 3,000 beer cans and bottles are used in the campus, who drinks it? Guess yourself".
