Genesis Global school row: We are bonafide allottees, says institution

Noida August 25:Genesis Global School has said that they are the bonafide allotees of the land on which the school is running on. In a statement the institution has said that, “Noida Development Authority had earmarked this land for educational institution purpose in the master plan for Noida. We, Genesis Global School, are the bonafide and lawful Allottee of this land from the Noida Development Authority in 2004.

A lease deed was duly executed and registered with the concerned authorities in 2006. The current issue is between the Gram Sabha and Noida Development Authority,” said Pramod Sharma, Director – Principal, Genesis Global School. “We have already written to the District Magistrate and the CEO of the Noida Development Authority clarifying our position and proving our bonafides,” Sharma added.

Dispelling confusion in the minds of parents and guardians over the future of the school, he said, “The strong bonafides of the School will ensure that the school community has nothing to worry and the school shall continue to function in normal course. We assure the parents and guardians that there is no reason to believe that the students of the school would suffer or their studies would be hampered.”
