Delhi govt official goes on leave, alleges misbehaviour by transport minister
New Delhi, Jul 27: A senior Delhi government officer on Tuesday went on leave for 15 days alleging "misbehaviour" by Transport Minister Satyendra Jain.
Indushekhar Mishra, a 1993-batch officer of DANICS (Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Service), works as a Special Commissioner in the Transport Department.

Mishra today met Lt Governor Najeeb Jung to raise the issue of alleged misbehaviour by the transport minister. Mishra has also marked a complaint copy to the Chief Minister and Chief Secretary.
Sources said that the officer had an argument with the minister at his office at Delhi Secretariat yesterday over the issue of the latter's plan to open RTOs seven days a week.
The bureaucracy and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government have been at loggerheads over several issues.
On January 1 this year, all DANICS officers had gone on a mass leave against Jain's order to suspend two DANICS officers working with the Delhi Home Department.
IAS officers association had also supported the move and had also gone on half-day mass leave.
