BJP names councillors in second list

The list of the seven candidates include former mayor Rajni Abbi and three sitting municipal councillors. Ram Kishan Singhal, Dhir Singh Bhiduri, Ramvir Singh Bhiduri are others who will be contesting the elections in December.

Reports suggested that the announcement of the candidates in the second list was delayed after the party witnessed protests and a series of resignations post the announcement of the first list of candidates.
