AAP MLA MS Dhir joins BJP, says BJP doing well under Modi's leadership
New Delhi, Nov 21: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Friday received a jolt when former Speaker and AAP MLA MS Dhir and MLA Harish Khanna joined the BJP ahead of the Delhi Assembly elections.
Dhir had said that he was hurt as in the media it appeared that he was denied a party ticket on his performance.

“I am not unhappy that I was denied a party ticket as I never asked for one. However in the media it is shown that I was not given a ticket based on my performance,” he said.
He further alleged that AAP leaders were trying to dent his image and create a wrong impression.
Dhir even praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that the 'BJP was doing well under the leadership of Narendra Modi.
AAP on the other hand said that Dhir was denied a ticket as his performance was not good. AAP leader Ashutosh said: "We called him and informed him that his performance was not good and that there was a bleak possibility of him a ticket."
