AAP upset with Jitendra Singh Tomar, may sack him for misleading Kejriwal
New Delhi, June 12: Days after Delhi Law Minister Jitendra Singh Tomar was arrested the fake degree controversy, reports now suggest that AAP may now expel Tomar.
News reports on Friday suggested that AAP leaders were upset with Tomar for misleading Kejriwal and the party.

Reports said that Kejriwal was unhappy with ex-law minister Tomar, after RTI shown by latter to take CM into confidence was found to be fake.

Meanwhile, Tomar will be taken to Bihar from Faizabad for verification of law degree.
Tomar was arrested for faking his law degree.Police slapped cases of cheating, criminal conspiracy and forgery after picking up Tomar from his office and then dramatically taking him into custody.
Meanwhile, Tomar claimed his degree was genuine and that he has done his BSc from RML Avadh University, Faizabad.
Investigators said that an FIR was registered and Tomar was arrested only after finding concrete evidence of his wrongdoing following a complaint by Bar Council of Delhi Secretary Punit Mittal on May 11.
