Mumbai Traffic Police Advisory: Plan Ahead, Mumbaikar! Road Closures During Major Event At Jio World Center
The Mumbai Traffic Police issues a traffic advisory ahead of an upcoming social event at the Jio World Convention Center, BKC, Bandra (E), Mumbai. This advisory aims to ensure smooth traffic flow and minimize inconvenience to residents and visitors during the event.
According to a notification from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (H.Q. & Central) Traffic Police Headquarters, the following traffic arrangements will be in effect from July 12 to 15, between 01:00 PM and 12:00 AM.

Road Closures And Alternative routes
Vehicular traffic to Kurla MTNL from Laxmi Tower Junction, Dhirubai Ambani Square Avenue Lane-3, Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Diamond Junction, and Hotel Trident (excluding event vehicles) will not be allowed.
Alternative routes include taking a left turn at Laxmi Tower Junction, proceeding to Diamond Gate No. 8, then turning right at NABARD Junction and Diamond Junction to reach BKC via Dhirubai Ambani Square/Indian Oil Petrol Pump.
Additional Diversions
Traffic from Kurla, MTNL Junction, Platina Junction, and Diamond Junction heading towards BKC will divert left at NABARD Junction, proceed via Diamond Gate No. 8, turn right at Laxmi Tower Junction, and continue towards BKC.
Vehicles from Bharat Nagar, One BKC, We Work, and Godrej BKC restricted at Jio Convention Centre Gate No. 23 will divert right at Kautilya Bhavan, Avenue 1 road, behind the Insurance Institute Office, towards the American Consulate through Dhirubai Ambani School.
Traffic from MTNL Junction will divert left at Dhirubai Ambani School, proceed via Avenue 1 road behind the Insurance Institute Office, turn right at We Work, left at Godrej BKC, and continue their route.
One Way Restrictions
Latika Road will be one-way for traffic from Ambani Square to Laxmi Tower Junction. Additionally, Avenue 3 Road will be one-way for traffic from Kautilya Bhavan to the American Consulate.
The advisory, signed by Deputy Commissioner of Police (H.Q. & Central) Traffic, Samadhan Pawar, aims to ensure safe and efficient traffic management during the event period. Motorists are advised to plan their routes in advance and follow the designated diversions to avoid delays.
