Investigation and Police Action

Unidentified assailants fired multiple rounds at Baba Siddique of the Ajit Pawar-led NCP in Bandra East on Saturday evening. An official stated, "Two to three rounds were fired. Further probe is underway as teams have rushed to the area." The Special Cell of Delhi Police has also initiated an investigation into Siddique's murder case.

The Counter Intelligence Unit of Delhi Police, known for collaborating with Mumbai Police on significant operations, has begun its probe. This follows Baba Siddique's recent switch from Congress to NCP, adding a layer of complexity to the investigation.

Baba Siddique's Role in Ending Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan's Fight

A conflict between two actors began at Katrina Kaif's birthday party in 2008 after a heated argumant. They did not speak with each other for years. However, in 2013, Baba Siddique played a pivotal role in bringing them together again.

In 2013, Baba Siddique hosted an Iftar party attended by many industry personalities. It was here that Salman and Shah Rukh Khan met under the same roof after a long time. The event marked the end of their five-year-long feud as they embraced each other warmly.
