Amrit Bharat Express Train Launches New Route: Saharsa To Mumbai In Just 34 Hours
The second Amrit Bharat Express train of Bihar is all set to begin service from Saharsa to Mumbai's Lokmanya Tilak Terminus, providing a new travel option for passengers. As reported by Times Now earlier, this train was planned to run from Saharsa to Amritsar via Delhi. However, Indian Railways has now changed the route to run directly from Saharsa to Mumbai.
According to a report by Hindustan Live, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch this train virtually on April 24, during a special event in Madhubani district. During this event, the Prime Minister will also launch four new trains in Bihar, including the state's first Vande Metro, also known as the Namo Bharat train.

Currently, the Humsafar Express on this route takes around 35.5 hours, so the Amrit Bharat train will be slightly faster.
