2 dead as car collides with container in Mumbai
Mumbai, July 1: Two persons were killed and three injured when a speeding car collided with a container in suburban Bhandup, police said.

The accident took place on the Bhandup flyover on the Eastern Express Highway when a group of five friends was heading for Thane in a car, a police official said.
Driver of the car lost control on the flyover. The car dashed the road divider, jumped over it and collided with a container coming from the opposite direction, he said.
Two of the car's occupants, aged around 21, died on the spot, while three others sustained serious injuries, he said.
The injured are being treated at a hospital in Mulund, the officer said, adding that probe is on.
