Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chillies, sliced 1 cm thick
- 2 green chillies, sliced 1 cm thick
- 3 scallions (white part only), sliced thin
- 200 g bean sprouts, soaked in hot water
- 25 g fresh parsley
- Duck meat, sliced 1 cm thick
- 600 g cooked rice
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp habanero sauce
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1½ tbsp salt
- Optional garnishes: Fresh cilantro, sliced red chilies, lime wedges

How To Prepare
- Heat the butter and sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic, red chillies, green chillies, and scallions. Fry, stirring, for about 15 seconds until fragrant.

- Add the cooked rice to the pan.
- Add the soy sauce, habanero sauce, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well-mixed.
