  • 25 g fresh parsley
  • Duck meat, sliced 1 cm thick
  • 600 g cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp habanero sauce
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1½ tbsp salt
  • Optional garnishes: Fresh cilantro, sliced red chilies, lime wedges

    How To Prepare
