Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (about 4-5 pounds), or 4 bone-in chicken breasts or thighs

- 3 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves)

How To Prepare
