  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 pinch of sugar

Procedure

  1. Add the oil to a pan over high heat. Wait until the oil is hot.

  5. Add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Turn off the heat, add basil leaves, and stir for 5 seconds.
  7. Serve with rice and a fried egg on top.
