- 1 loaf of bread
- 1 litre of milk
- 250 grams of khoa (concentrated milk solids)
- 500 grams of sugar
- 100 grams of almonds
- 100 grams of cashews
- 100 grams of pistachios
- 100 grams of raisins
- 250 grams of ghee
- 10 grams of cardamom
- 500 ml of water

- Grinder or mortar and pestle

Procedure
- Trim the edges of the bread slices and cut each slice into four pieces.
- Fry the bread pieces in ghee until they turn golden brown.
- Create a sugar syrup by mixing half a litre of water with the sugar. Add milk to this syrup and boil until it thickens.
- Grind the cardamom seeds into a fine powder.
- Add the powdered cardamom and khoa to the thickened milk mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Place the fried bread pieces on a flat tray. Pour the hot syrup over them. Garnish with raisins and nuts.
- Refrigerate the dessert before serving.
