Procedure

  1. Clean the freshwater shrimp thoroughly.
  2. Place the shrimp in ice water for about 5 minutes or until they stop moving. Drain and dry them.
  3. Create the spicy sauce by mixing fish sauce, sugar, chili, and lime juice. Adjust the taste by adding more chili for spice or lime for sourness.
  4. Combine the shrimp with the spicy sauce in a bag and shake well to mix.
  5. Serve with peppermint leaves and coriander on top.
