Crispy Salmon Recipe: A Simple and Delicious Baked Main Course

- 4 skinless wild salmon fillets (24 ounces), pin bones removed
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon freshly-ground black pepper
- Freshly-squeezed lemon juice

- Pie pan
- Baking sheet
- Oven
- Broiler
Procedure
- Combine the flour, salt, and pepper in a pie pan. Place the panko breadcrumbs in another pan. Pour the lemon juice into a large bowl.
- Using the wet-hand dry-hand method, dredge each salmon fillet first in the flour mixture, then dip it into the lemon juice, and finally coat it with panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat each fillet with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the centre of a preheated oven at 375°F for 27 minutes or until slightly underdone.
- Remove from the oven and heat up the broiler. Place the salmon under the broiler and cook until deeply browned.
- Serve immediately for best results.
