- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 tablespoons of petit pois (canned peas)
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- ½ cup of ground Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste

- Bowl (5-inch diameter, 2-inch depth)
- Aluminium foil (3 sheets, approx 15 x 15 inches or 35 x 35 cm)

Procedure
- Place three sheets of aluminium foil into a bowl with a 5-inch diameter and 2-inch depth. Press the foil gently to shape it like the bowl.
- Spread butter all over the inside walls of the aluminium-shaped bowl.
- Place one slice of ham at the bottom of the bowl. Cut the other slice into three strips and cover the inside walls with them.
- Add both eggs to the bowl.
- Add the peas, spreading them over the eggs without breaking the yolks. Add one teaspoon of liquid from the can.
- Add a pinch of salt and spread ketchup over the area.
- Carefully remove the foil with the casserole from the bowl. Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 400°F (205°C).
