Attukal Pongal, also known as Attukal Pongala, is a significant festival celebrated in Trivandrum, Kerala. This festival is renowned for being the largest gathering of women in one place. It takes place when the Pooram Nakshatram and Poornima coincide in the Malayalam month of Kumbham. The festival spans ten days, starting from the Karthigai star of Makaram or Kumbham.

The festival is dedicated to Attakul Devi, believed to be an incarnation of Goddess Shakti. She is seen as a symbol of strength and power.
