Woman Lists Salaries Of 14 Guys She Met On Matrimonial Site, Asks Internet To Help Her Choose

A woman's Twitter post seeking help to choose one out of the 14 men she had allegedly been talking to on a matrimony website, is taking the internet by splits, garnering a flood of funny and sarcastic responses.

Making a confession, the woman has listed all of these guys, along with their age, company, city that they are currently living in, and salaries.

"29 Female, B.com, not working as of now. I am speaking to 14 guys through matrimony and confused about which one should I choose," she wrote, followed by the companies, salary, and location of the men," she wrote.

The list has a total of 14 guys and their salaries range from Rs 14 lakh to Rs 45 lakh per annum. Some of the companies where the men worked included Byju's, Flipkart, Deloitte, and TCS.

The confession did not go well with the netizens, many of whom questioned why she was not working at her age.

"Are you people expecting to find true love in an arranged marriage or what arrange marriage system is like a marketplace where men are valued on the basis of their income and women on the basis of their looks? It's brutal and nothing like the vivah movie. So kindly adjust to reality," a Twitter user said.

"Most of the girls on Twitter are single because some girls are talking to 14 guys at once," another tweeted.

"I feel bad for the guy at BCG. He's probably going to end up being picked in this weird Swayamvar. And will have to spend his life with her," a third user commented.

"Alarming and a bit saddening. IMO, arranged marriage is more like a transaction nowadays.I choose to remain Single and happy until someone organically comes along," another Twitter user said.
